Requirements

  • ?HND or 1st Degree Holder
  • ?Excellent Communication Skills
  • ?Minimum of 2 years Experience in Call Centre Management
  • ?Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • ?Strong coaching and leadership Skills
  • ?Proficiency with necessary Technology including Software Applications
  • ?Polite and Professional Phone Voice
  • ?Able to Hire, Train, Coach and lead Call Centre Representatives
  • ?Assisting other Management team members in identifying trends and establishing Call Center goals
  • ?Other Administrative Duties

Skills/Experience

  • Limited experience at Call Centre preferred;
  • Great interpersonal communication skills;
  • Keen eye for spotting data trends;
  • Great analytical skills;
  • A keen grasp of information technology;
  • Professional demeanour;
  • Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
  • Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude.
