Requirements
- ?HND or 1st Degree Holder
- ?Excellent Communication Skills
- ?Minimum of 2 years Experience in Call Centre Management
- ?Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- ?Strong coaching and leadership Skills
- ?Proficiency with necessary Technology including Software Applications
- ?Polite and Professional Phone Voice
- ?Able to Hire, Train, Coach and lead Call Centre Representatives
- ?Assisting other Management team members in identifying trends and establishing Call Center goals
- ?Other Administrative Duties
Skills/Experience
- Limited experience at Call Centre preferred;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Keen eye for spotting data trends;
- Great analytical skills;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Professional demeanour;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
- Positive, “can-do” attitude.
